St Andrew’s Cathedral School offers a comprehensive Further Education and Career Development programme that provides a range of services to our students to assist them to explore their post-school education and career development.
This includes individual career assessment, career counselling and information sent regularly to students and parents/caregivers.
The career development exploration programme begins early in Year 10 and also provides guidance in relation to the selection of HSC or IB Diploma subjects later in the year.
Seminars and presentations are delivered throughout the year during tutorials, year level meetings and other designated periods.
Individual student and parent consultations with the Head of Careers and Pathways form the largest part of the programme.
